Our Solution
The Rudder4Life Programme runs over 32 weeks with Grade 8 learners, the year young people start making choices that shape their future. Weekly sessions build self-awareness, goal-setting and life skills.
The Rudder4Success Framework has four Rudders: Knowing Myself, Guiding Myself, Expressing Myself and Achieving Success. Together they help each learner understand who they are and steer where they want to go.
Each partner school hosts a Learning Facilitation Centre (LFC): a dedicated space where trained facilitators run the programme and the wider school community can take part.
